Shipping starts at $29.99 per order and is based on how many snails are in your cart. Every order is hand packed in an insulated box and shipped expedited, with a live arrival guarantee.

One shipping charge per order, based on the total number of snails in your cart (a pack of 6 counts as 6).

When we ship
We ship Monday through Wednesday so snails are never stuck in a warehouse over a weekend. If the weather along the route is too hot or too cold, we may hold your order a few days and let you know.
Where we ship
We ship to the continental United States. Mystery snails (apple snails) cannot be shipped to Arizona, Maine or Georgia because of state rules. Other snails can still ship to those states.
Live arrival guarantee
Please be home on delivery day and open the box right away. If any snail arrives dead, email a clear photo of it in the unopened bag within two hours of delivery. We will send a replacement or a refund for that snail. Snails often look dead after a trip, so give them a few hours in your tank first: a closed trapdoor, or a snail that sits still, is usually just resting.
